Kickbuttmama's Reality Fitness

LET'S TAKE THE "DIE" OUT OF DIET!!! Check it out. Becoming more healthy should not be mental and physical torture. But, we build the change up in our minds to the point that a fit-lifestyle = nothing enjoyable, unhealthy lifestyle = good food & relaxation. WRONG!! Studies have shown that exercise, daily, will improve sleep, and decrease stress. And you don't have to give up good food to be healthy - just keep your portions under control and move every day!

Kickbuttmama's Clients Speak Out:

Jeanne - Having the Kickbuttmama as my personal trainer for over a year now, has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. My quick recovery from knee replacement surgery (both knees) this past July was a surprise to my co-workers and family. I was back at work full-time on September 1st! I'm convinced working with the Kickbuttmama is the reason for my quick recovery. I plan to continue with her for my overall health - It's a gift to myself.

Jessie - Exercise without a personal trainer is like losing an appendage. You can try all the "diets" in the world but to truly be successful you have to implement exercise and for a bigger result you need a personal trainer. You don't have to like it, you just have to do it. I can tell you, you WILL like the results. Shannon is an amazing trainer who pushes you to do things that you could never see yourself doing. She brings out the strength in you that gives you results beyond your wildest expectations. There is something to be said for having someone waiting for you at the gym to kick your butt. Make the investment in yourself which will ultimately provide a happier environment for everyone around you. 2009 is your year to SHINE!!!~

Renee - She encourages me to push beyond myself – I work much harder and longer than I would on my own and thus achieve a higher level of personal fitness. Her use of a continual mix of new routines and old “favorites” keeps my routine fresh and provides an effective and comprehensive exercise regimen. My Golf game distance and control (balance) have improved markedly allowing me to win both a local club “major” and my division in the SNEWGA Sr. Women’s Tournament. My new-found strength, fitness, and balance makes activities like yoga, hiking, biking, and skiing so much more fun.
