Jack knives
Knee pull-ups
Cross crunch

Jog / Walk combo (25 minutes)
STRENGTH / CORE SET: (12 reps, 3 sets)
Push-ups
Heel Press
Call Crunch
Wall Push-up Rotation
Lunge Knee
